Treatment and Protection from Demodecosis, Ticks and Sarcoptic mange on medium and large breed dogs
Direction: Saturate the coat of the dog well with lukewarm water. Apply a palmful amountof Amitraz Shampoo from the base of the head down to the tail, concentrating mainly on areas evidently damaged and frequented by parasites. You may apply this shampoo on outer ear by using soft sponge saturated with Amitraz shampoo. Lather the shampoo around the body avoiding he eyes and mouth. Leave for atleast 5 minutes before rinsing and could be extended depending on the gravity of the case or as per advised by your veterinarian. Dog should be properly restrained from extraneous activities 24 hours before and after treatment. Do not apply on puppies under 4 months of age, smaller toy breed dogs and chichuahuas. Avoid contac on eyes and skin. bathe your dog in a well ventilated place where running water is avaialable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.
  2. If the item is defective, kindly send us an email at customerservice@petshop.ph and a Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.
  3. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition and sent back to us with prepaid shipping charges and insured for the full purchase price, with original copy of Sales Invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. petshop.ph may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return.

  1. Guarantee is given to customer’s purchased unit by the manufacturer usually for any repair or replacement of parts for a stated time period and conditions.
  2. Kindly ensure to keep the Official Sales Invoice for warranty purposes.

Contracted freight carrier's telephone you when your merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up a delivery appointment. They provide delivery, but they are not responsible for bringing the merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing package materials.

Passage of Title
