  • Indications: Febantel, pyrantel suspension is highly effective to control round worms including hookworms and whipworms in puppies.

 

  • Dose rate:
  • 1.2ml/kg body weight
  • Weight (kg)/ Dose mL (Mixed in Food)
  • 1-5kg/1.2-6ml
  • 6-20kg/7.2-12ml
  • 11-20kg/13.2-24ml
  • 21-30kg/25.2-35ml
  • 31-40kg/37.2-48ml

 

  • For litter of 10 puppies(1.2ml/kg of body weight)
  • Average Weight kg/ Dose mL (Mixed in Food)
  • 1-3kg/12-36ml
  • 4-6kg/48-72ml
  • 7-8kg/84-108ml10-12kg/120-114ml

 

  • Deworming Schedule: Puppies should be dewormed at 2 weeks of age and then every after 2 weeks till 12th week.
  • After 12th week deworming should be done every month until 6 months of age.

 

  • Precautions: Not recommended for pregnant and lactating bitches.
  • Febantel/Pyrantel (Prantel) suspension should not be used simultaneously with piperazine compounds.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
